Gold

it's BS.

I saw "Black Friday Deals" at $35 for towels on Amazon, original price: $70.

it was $32.00 weeks before Black Friday.

They forget that people bookmark items with the actual price tag instead off their wish list.

Yup and elliptical I had my eye on went up by $500 last week and it’s now “on sale” for the original price I was watching it at.

Yup, that’s about what I make. If it weren’t for living with my partner I’d be breaking even. I make just enough to cover rent and pay the bills. I could only save if I never did anything remotely fun.

A tale as old as time.

Left the same debate in my previous city where the Nimbys didn’t want a train from Philly to King of Prussia.

And for you complaining about crime in checks notes FARMington, you really should be forced to live somewhere else for a bit.

Would do good for a lot of people here to lose their terrified of everything, below avg size energy.

I moved here from Chicago and based on what my coworkers who’ve only lived here say, you would think the west valley was a third world country. I finally made it out to that part of town and I was like this ain’t bad at all. My coworker refused to go eat at a restaurant out with our work because she was convinced she’d be shot

Criminals prefer escape routes that require waiting an hour +/- 10 min.

Right, no one’s riding all the way out there, stealing a bike and then all the way back to make maybe a couple hundred bucks if they stole the absolute nicest bike. Even if they did do that it would be easy to solve with all the cameras and what not.

Meanwhile my fiancé invited them into our house the other day They have knocked three more time since then. He thinks it’s hilarious…

They’ll legit help you move furniture and other random tasks around the house. My coworker always invites them in to help her move stuff. They stopped coming when she confirmed she was already a mormon

Tr**p (not sure if that name gets botted) could have just come out and been pro-mask and pro-vaxx and taken it seriously, worked with Dems, and he would have rode to re-election and it's likely it would never have gotten this far.

But instead he had to turn it into a p*litical game and now here we are.

He was gifted a perfect political win and he would just have had to do nothing but say he’ll let the scientists tell us what to do. If the pandemic got worse he could just blame them and if it got better he could take all the credit. Instead he tried to gaslight a virus only viruses can’t be gaslit, they don’t give a flying fuck about if you’re an R or a D, it’s trying to infect everyone.

I could give up video games. I have hardly any time to play them and when I do I’m so tired I’d rather just veg

The states - Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and South Carolina

Look at this neat list of states that are objectively worse places to live in the US than the states that support debt relief.

No shit. Without trying to disparage good people who live in these places, why is it always states I never want to vacation in or move to that are the plaintiffs in these garbage lawsuits and court petitions? It’s always the fucking dream team of former slavery states and the dead Midwest and their AGs who try to ruin good things for the whole country under the guise of some comically absurd claim of damages before a hack of a federal judge who’s already cocked and loaded with a favorable ruling.

What should end up happening — at the absolute worst — is borrowers in these states get cut out of forgiveness, instead of fucking it up for everyone else. You claim your state is injured? OK, well we didn’t, so don’t speak for us.

I have visited all of those states. They are oppressively boring and I would not recommend anyone visit them. They are called flyover states for a reason.

If you just looked at American wedding photos you'd think most people live in a barn.

I told my FiL he should pivot from farming to renting out his farm for events. He’d never do it but he’d make bank if he did.
