i help if its two orders or large single order. But dang, some of those employees are lazy and complain alot. I'll be loading with them and they just sit there and complain about their job. I didnt load an order for some chick because it was an express and only 15 items, and I didnt notice that it had three cases of bottled waters. She loaded them and walked off angry that I didnt load the waters. I get they have some weight to them, but I literally seen a 5 year old girl carry a case the other day at a drop off. To put it short, they need to hire some employees who can actually do the work I suppose. I tried to apply but their site never works.

ngl, this seems weird and more virtue signaling/inclusivity. Kinda strange ngl.

if you think about it, the most masculine men in history have been drinkers. The Romans would carry around wine during wars in their camp same with other peoples. Drinking has always been related to fighting and sex, two high test activities. Most the dudes at the bar drinking have a higher test(i assume) than the dweebs at home smoking weed watching porn.

I kinda wonder if this whole spiritual "ego death" and the idea of "ending thoughts", etc, isnt a psyop to make people mental slaves. The ego is literally about survival and they are basically saying, "dont worry about survival, everything will work out fine". I do believe in the self and the spiritual aspect of all as One, but I feel the ego is important and that we have it for a reason aside from destroying it. If anything, I believe it should be rewired and aligned to our Higher self, not destroyed though. I believe it cannot be destroyed in reality... only we mold our mask(ego), or society and our environment puts a mask on us.

When I started working, bulking was easy asf. You sit on your ass all day and can eat whenever you want. People constantly bring food and shit into the office. I do love food though and never found it difficult to gain weight. Basically, you can do the same thing you have been. breakfast, lunch and dinner and snack whenever you want at work.

he has a lot of good things he says, but I disagree with alot of what he says too. Its necessary to understand that THAT is what works for him, and that it doesnt necessarily work for everyone. I like the gratitude journaling, journaling, meditating(although for diff reasons him), exercise, positive friends, etc, but I don't really don't care for the jock vibe I get from some of his vids. Idk, seems a little self-obsessed in a sense. I don't mean that in a mean way, I wish him the best and he is still young, but there is a sense of superiority or "us vs them" vibe. I mean, really, if the world had no Jeffreys then there would essentially be no Adonis either. That contrast is important and we are all one anyway. I think, his message will come full circle when he delves into spirituality with an open and discerning mind. He is a sharp dude, and I believe would be completely transformative to the world, possibly, if he ever glimpses the True Reality

tbf, even if every single person got on self improvement and became geniuses and adonis, someone would still have to be a janitor, food worker, cashier, etc. Not saying that you shouldn't strive to improve, but imo I value virtue and peace of mind over "success" in the form of finances or status. None of that stuff really matters tbh. Most of it is just validation from others and you end up never getting enough, thus always feeling a sense of lack. Like most "gurus"(for lack of better term), noone has it 100% right, at least for every individual. Take what works for you and leave the rest.

It’s easy to find nutrition studies supporting any conclusion though. He actually knows biochemical mechanisms and stats and filters the research he supports. But to summarize his vids and website,

  1. Eat enough leucine / animal based protein and lift will set the pace of muscle growth. He did research about this years ago in his PhD that has since been well supported by others, so credit due.

2.calories in / calories out is what’s important to weight

3. Everything else is “debunked” or not significant “broscience”. I couldn’t find much useful in his content on topics beyond the the first 2 points, but happy to reconsider.

I feel the same. It seems so many studies are straight up bias or bs. A lot of them don't account for many variables and can have a skewed result. Its really alot of work to discern all these studies. Exercise and bodybuilding isn't as complicated as alot of people make it out to be, and I wonder if the stressing about all this extra nonsense isnt actually counterproductive to the whole process in the first place, considering stress increases cortisol and can harm test levels, etc.
