Just think. The odds of dizygotic/fraternal twins looking just like nearly perfect clones are basically nearing 0 in a million odds, as they are genetically as similar as non-twin siblings, sharing about only 50% of paternal and maternal DNA. I assume the Olsen twins are actually (and obviously) dichorionic diamniotic identical twins with separate placentas or a fused placenta. Di/di twins are usually dizygotic, but they can also be monozygotic twins whose egg split before implantation. As most di/di twins are dizygotic and most monozygotic twins are monochorionic (either diamniotic or monoamniotic), many di/di identical twins are misdiagnosed at birth as fraternal twins just because the single egg has split before it was even implanted in the womb. Is that a plausible explanation for why they look so identical for twins that are so-called fraternal?
