Posts about Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey
I've not played much survival games before but I'm a huge fan of open world exploration, and I don't mind aimlessly going around doing things as long as it's not exactly step by step building-block repetitive (for example, hunting in RDR2 is technically repetitive but I love it, because animals are random spawns and you can get right into it, whereas I found Don't Starve tough to enjoy because you always have to build up step by step and if you start over you gotta repeat the same grind again). Does Ancestors have a fixed grind before it gets to the interesting and challenging part, or can you choose different paths/do different things each time you try again?
Happy holidays to everyone!!
I bought this game during the winter sale this month, and when my girlfriend heard me saying I was debating on getting it, she went ahead and bought me it as well. I know how an extra code for the game and am looking to give it to whoever is fastest.
The 2 hidden numbers are the name of the tattooed rapper with rainbow hair. Whoever gets it, enjoy!!!
Hello all, I recently created a couple of videos on how primatology and physical anthropology relate to the game Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey. The videos tackle several aspects of chimpanzee behavior and how we can make some inferences about early hominid behavior. If you haven’t heard of this game it is by far the best chimpanzee sim game I’ve ever seen. You should check it out regardless. Here are the videos I made:
