Congratulations. Really great to see him succeed! Can’t believe he only got 45 mins this window. We could honestly have Sargent and Pefok miss out on the World Cup.

If Pefok doesn’t make it we deserve to not make it out of the group stage. We have the starting #9 for the club currently at the top of the Bundesliga table averaging nearly 1 goal involvement per game.

How is he not a lock???

Not to mention coming off of a golden boot in the Swiss league which is no joke.

Sargent and pefok should have gotten the most time in these friendlies

Yup, the " we know what we're getting out of Pefok." No, no we actually don't know.

I hate to be that guy but if he continues this form (and Norwich as well), then I hope he leaves once they get promoted.. Playing for Norwich in the PL is a death sentence

Yah tough to say what his level is. My opinion is he’s probably a mid table Ligue 1 or mid-lower table Bundesliga/La Liga Level type of player. Developmental wise I think it’d be great if he went to a club at that level. Problem is you get paid more to be at bottom table Prem club than you do those kinds of places.

Yeah lower quality minutes in your natural position is much better than playing RM and defending all game in the epl

Last season he was just off. Seemed spastic on the ball at times and make mistakes I attribute to mental focus. That should be gone, but yeah, anyone on Norwich in the Prem will struggle.

He doesn’t fit the fake sham of a vapor ware system.

But he isn't good enough to get extended playing time for the US

And he hardly saw any time in these recent friendlies

Remember that last season it was Norwich coach Farke who was famously quoted as saying that he understood Sargent wasn't picked for the national team because USSF "wanted to prioritize domestic players from their own league" for world cup qualifying.

If true this could specifically explain USSFs decision to make a weak nepotism hire for national team coach; i.e., they didn't want a quality international coach with legitimate standing to resist their corrupt agenda.

Could also be that GGG is a lizard person and Sargent knows the truth and if he scores a goal at the WC he might have the platform to expose him.

Everyone already knows it was a nepotism hire..

I can blame his inclusion, he's versatile and getting hot at the right time. The other ones that are probably coming...eh.

POTM for a second division team..

It's a level higher than the MLS at least

A league that you'll never sniff as a player, or probably make the kind of money they do..
