Will the fuel companies pay for this, or is it yet another government handout to the fossil industry?

They’ve been slaughtering families to get the oil for 20 years, they may as well deliver it too.

Because they have RLC soldiers who also know a thing or two about moving fuel around? There are vastly more RLC drivers than there are RAF pet ops. RAF bods are typically more busy, they’re assigned to a flight squadron, removing them would cause significant delays in airforce movements.

What does Ruben Loftus-Cheek have anything to do with it?

Their trained, geared and equiped to move jet fuel and different petrochemicals than the Amy who mostly use for most part same fuel as every day people.

Their both from crude oil but behave very differently.
