Interesting content and analysis of what it could mean. Unfortunately the style and silly name calling undercut everything thought provoking.

I agree that the name calling is unwarranted and undermines the analysis, which is actually interesting. Is there a more politically partisan Judge in the country than Reed O’Connor tho?? The guy who ruled the whole ACA unconstitutional several times, and now this?? Yet confirmed unanimously by the Senate in 2007… how times have changed since then.
