Newest Farmer’s Market to San Diego at Civita Park open Saturdays 9am-1pm. Tons of vendors and not crowded! This is my new favorite!

For those who don't know the location, it's off Friars Road in Mission Valley.

Yes, it’s in the Civita Complex, there is street parking and a small parking lot.

They’re still growing. There was only one floral vendor. Produce looks very fresh. There were fresh eggs, seafood, baked goods, Asian food vendors, fresh coconut water, fresh pet food, cbd products. My eyes were drawn to the huge deep red strawberries. I came towards the end and the planners were very strict on 1pm closing time. The lumpias by Lady G’a canteen were superb. There was a French pastry vendor that had the best French pastries I’ve ever had in San Diego. They were beautiful and delicious, not too sweet and worth every calorie.

Got any favorites?

Seems empty and that’s not good for the vendors. Hope the crowd picks up a bit for them.

It’s very new and I don’t think people know about it yet.

I went today and I go most weeks and it gets more crowded than what is shown in the video. There also is a lot of space so you aren't really crammed together like at other farmers markets.

It only looks that way because every other market packs people in like sardines

Two reasons - limited parking, and the huge park where people can disperse

I was just there this morning! Had cold pressed lavender milk, steamed buns, lots of fresh fruits and veggies, good vibes. The park there is pretty nice also.

Is this different than the Friday Farmers Markets that were in Civita?

Was the Friday one before the pandemic? I haven’t been to that one, but was told there was one years ago at Civita. I don’t know if they’re the same thing.

Now it'll be busy :)

Yes, I want it to be busy enough so the vendors have enough business but so tooo busy where it’s too crowded. 😉😉😉

Man, I completely forgot about that. I was looking forward to it too.
