Glad you're mostly ok, if bored. Very kind of Mrs DC to fill in on Intel gathering for us. I hope she takes her rest days like she wants to. I gather she's more sensible on that front. Here's hoping Friday comes quickly for you!

This will be the longest break (edit: non lockdown enforced) I have had from OTF in almost 4 years! We do have a vacation coming up so that will also be a longish break whilst we go hiking in NZ.

I live my life 1 AO at a time.

It’s unfortunate the row blocks are usually tied in with the floor blocks (at least that’s how it seems). Would be nice if it would alternate so we don’t always lose floor time in a 2G.

Last month it seemed to be the opposite. Lots of run/rows in 2G. I can’t wait until my studio offers Lift45 because rowing hurts my back and it seems like most 2G classes include a lot of rowing now.
