I’ve been an athlete pretty much my entire life. Between softball and motocross, I’ve always been pretty strong but my cardiovascular health has never been that great. Between surgeries, Covid, and mental illness (yeehaw 🤠), I have hardly worked out in the last 3-4 years.
Saw an ad for OTF and decided what the hell, let’s do it. Wow it was tough. I started out strong, but by the end I could tell something wasn’t right. I held out until the last bit of stretching at the end of class then pretty much sprinted to the bathroom.
This was the first time I have ever puked after physical activity in my entire life. And I kind of loved it? I feel so good right now. 😂
