Recently a bunch of posts about how bad it is to be a pedestrian and/or bicyclist in Fairfax. There is a monthly meeting Fairfax government does about these issues. The public is encouraged to speak. Please show up, so they can see support.
Graduated 2021 with a bachelors of science degree - alright cool time to get that real job. Fast forward one year and some months later getting rejected at all “in my field jobs.” Alright not bad still got some savings left - fast forward some more I’m dead broke. Ok f it time to apply to last ditch positions where I’m overqualified - I get the “unfortunately at this time” email. Now I’m scared so I apply to Harris teeter - denied. Now I’m really scared and desperate. So now we are in the present took a movie theater manager job. I oversee immature kids going through their first jobs and my peers watch anime all day and none of them have been to college. How messed up is my future? Is it my destiny to be a loser? Right now I don’t see a bright future for myself, but I was unable to land any internships or get into interviews for my field. I updated my resume and got it professionally changed. But, no luck.
