I mistakenly called my renter my roommate in front of my Grandma.

"You have a roomate!"

"O no sorry he is my renter."

"O good. Be careful about that because if someome thinks you and your wife have a roommate they may think y'all have a weird relationship dynamic."

I can barley afford a house grandma. How is that not stranger than a poly love triangle.

We’ll all need to become thruples to afford a house anyway, so…

Thruples? yes, it now takes 3 individuals to purchase a single family home.

Who can afford monotony in this economy?

Edit: spelling on “monogamy”

Monogamy is not always monotonous

(Ik what you meant it just sounds satisfying)

My husband and I had roommates for the first 8 years of our relationship. We had to.

Shit, man, I'm sprouting roommates without rent attached because lost housing.

At least one of them buys butter now and again.

My dinky cabin is becoming highly efficient low-income housing. Just look at the magic of that invisible hand fixing things.

I'm surprised no one has proposed this as a new back. "Millennials are buying homes with this one weird trick!"

My mom and drove past a house that always has a ton of cars parked in front of it and my mom made a snarky comment about how they need more people living there. I said listen boom we millennials can’t afford a house without 7 other people to split the mortgage with check your privilege.

I live with a married couple. It's much nicer than what we could afford otherwise. She's been my best friend and platonic life partner for 20 years. He respects our dynamic and has a great deal of respect for me. And I'm their marriage's biggest supporter. The lovely house is the cherry on top.

Makes me glad it's just my husband and I. I couldn't deal with another person in my house. I barely handle having dogs.

This is such a prosperous growing economy. I will never be able to afford a house yet a apartment bymyself after thisinflation is over with.
