Hey, so where I'm from we speak german, but i only watch movies and tv shows in OV.
Although, i have the problem that i can't access the english (or any other) language in the language settings of the movie on amazon prime. I can only choose the german version, even though the film is CLEARLY american.
I have already tried changing my location on amazon to america/england, it didn't work. Any tips on how to watch the original movies on amazon prime?
Man I don't really get why they made customer support so confusing. In order to submit a ticket for help you have to be logged in. When I try to log in first I get an email code which I have access to and then I'm required to type in a phone number. The last 2 letters of the number they want me to type do not match my phone number so I'm really confused about what number I put in when I made the account. Anyways, as I don't have access to that phone number I get tho following message.

Yet when I call the international number (from the Netherlands) it doesn't connect me. The fact that you have to call in order to get customer support in 2022 might be one of the dumbest things I've ever seen. I've always heard that Amazon has great customer support but I've been really pissed of by this shit.
I have set a kids profile and i have noticed that it can be very easily ignored by just creating a new profile on the tv, and set as non kid profile. I noticed that there are new profiles created daily, turns out the kid can just delete and create a new profile without a kids profile and can watch any content. How can i prevent this?

If I had giftcards I would put the code in. I do not know if someone hacked in and put money in. Nothing else was touched or taken out from my credit or debit card. Is this a mistake on Amazon's part?
FYI: I checked my account balance history and since November $15 dollar would be put in and when it reached $100 it was taken out and the cycle started again.
Should I Report or keep it?
I ordered a crib to be sent to a friends house who is having a baby. The crib arrived broken and so I set it up for the refund to be picked up at their house. They weren't there when the driver would attempt to pick it up so they took the crib to the UPS store.
I'm not sure how they did this without a return receipt or how I will get a refund. After they told me they took it to the UPS store I set up the refund to be dropped off but this was after the fact. My account also still shows "return requested".
Will the return be processed correctly this way?
