BREAKING: The ACLU has brought their challenge to the Texas Heartbeat Law back to the Supreme Court after the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals defied the Supreme Court’s opinion by refusing to send their case back to the district court, delaying the challenge against Texas’ abortion ban.
