Tresanti desk from Costco not working - e3

My Tresnati desk from Costco is not working and the customer support has been pretty terrible so far, they want to create a ticket with ALL my contact details just to help...it feels scammy. Does anyone have a fix for the "E3" error or the TOP error? My desk is currently stuck in standing position and I can't fix it.

It’s Costco. Just return it. They will refund your money no questions asked.

I fixed it, the wording on the orange placard is written dumb.

You have to connect the cable they tell you not too.

It’s basically saying: put the desk in the right place, then plug it in, THEN connect the cable, THEN it can move up and down. If you don’t connect that cable it’ll just be E3 error all day.

Hope this helps!

Don’t believe that orange #2 placard!!!!

Do you have the plug connected the wrong way. I did that 🙈

It was working great last week and this week it's shot. I think there's also only one way to plug the connections in...?

Please, is there more than one way to insert a 3-prog plug into an outlet?

Thanks

Hey, my Tresanti desk isn't working either but seems like a different issue. Mine is no longer getting power. I plug it into a known good source but nothing is being powered anymore. No lights, no charging. You say you've talked with customer support. Are you talking about Costco support or Tresanti support? I can't find a website for Tresanti so if you know a way to contact them I'd be grateful.

Same issue for me: no longer receiving power. I'll be grabbing my multimeter soon and checking whether the power supply is actually outputting anything. EDIT: I've got 24V at the quick-connect plug that comes from the power supply, so it looks like I've got a circuit board issue.

https://www.tsicustomerservice.com/ is where I went. I created an account as a consumer and submitted a ticket. It was after closing time on east coast, so hopefully I'll hear back next week.

Since my desk is currently all the way up, I was hoping to get a fix other than returning to Costco (it's only a month old).

I unplugged the PC for a couple of hours and came back. I took the same sensors the guy in the video ^^^^ used, and unplugged it and slowly put it back in. I found out that if u see a height (32.01) flashing on the display followed by an "e3/34", you can click the up or down arrow (WHEN THE DISPLAY IS BLINKING) and it will start working!!!!!

Hope this helps, if someone needs clarification lmk, id be happy to help!!

e3 erro fixes note working. Also I moved the actual stainless steel gear near the motor. It was caught after a turned it once with an adjustable wrench the ability to do the unplug reset worked.

If it says E3 then that’s a power issue. Most likely the cables that power the height change are not connected properly. I ran into the same issue and just made sure to connect the cables the right way

Yup that was the same issue for me, now it’s resolved. Happy days ahead!🙌🏽

Would you be able to elaborate on how the cables were connected incorrectly? One is a power cable one is an 8 mm jack. What other connections are we talking about here
