It could be due to it’s aesthetic, geopolitical implications, exoticness or another reason
Slave trade in Africa.
China detaining Uighurs.
Coup in Myanmar.
The real bad guys today aren't having a films made about them, so we invent lame bad guys like Quantum. Incorporate stuff like this into a plot.
Poland. Can't wait to see him fight the rising threat of inflation.
South Africa and New Zealand

Been a long time since he's been to Paris or Rio too.
Honestly I'm American so seeing him in the U.S. just isn't exciting to me.
Bit biased but I'd love a sequence where he has to travel through some of the harsh climates of outback australia.

I've always fancied a trip to South Africa...
Canada, Toronto would make an interesting location.
South Korea would be interesting!! I'm surprised Bond has never been there

Canada, Australia or Argentina.
Canada! Montreal (specifically the old town) is pretty.
New York, 1000% New York, don’t care about the 007 in New York book specifically. Just think Bond would be interesting in that environment, also a good way to introduce Felix to the new Bond
Probably wouldn't work - Kolkata is hardly the most aesthetically interesting city in India
Australia, Canada, and more Africa, especially South Africa and South Korea and maybe the Middle East would be best imo
