About Community

A subreddit for teenagers to discuss and debate global and Indian politics. A place where someone will actually hear the political opinion of teenagers without disregarding and dismissing them. We are the teenagers who will be voting for a government in a few years. This sub is explicitly for teens (13 to 19 ) and only they are welcome to post and comment.

1.
Post must be related to politics

Posts which are not clearly related to India or world politics shall be removed but any related to this subreddit are allowed.

Posts/comments involving links/screenshots/videos must be from a recognized and reputed source . Reputed sources are subject to mod discretion.

Political memes are allowed as long as they do not violate any other rules.

2.
All submissions must be in English

Submissions and their titles should be in English. If the OP needs to make a non-English submission, the OP should provide a translation of the title in English and provide the full translation in the comment.

3.
Respect others opinion

Respect other people's opinions without having to agree with them. Dissent and debate are fine as long as one is not forcing their views on another. Talk politics, debate politics, but don't fight over it. Be a decent human being.

4.
No personal attacks

Any content that attacks other users, or could be potentially offensive, is not tolerated. This includes but is not limited to racism, sexism, ageism, homophobia, transphobia and other hatred-based commentaries. We allow and encourage constructive criticism and that includes satire and humour but a line needs to be drawn beyond which it ceases to be criticism/humour.

Hate speech and inflammatory content/title/comment is strictly probhited

Content/title/comment that is inflammatory or promotes bigotry and hate, which includes, but is not limited to, racism, communalism, and casteism is strictly prohibited. Repeated offence might lead to a temporary and as well as a permanent ban.

Post/comments which are highly controversial or proposes a extreme or radical opinion will be remove

Your post will be removed if your post/comment is highly controversial/provocative/vexed or proposes a radical opinion or leads to heated discussions. Even if you are not directly breaking the rules, but is causing a inevitable extreme discussions and comment , it may be removed if certain consequences follow. This rule will only be applied in the most extreme cases .

Moderators

The moderators of this community as well as their posts and comments must be treated as that of a member until and unless it is a distinguished comment or post.The ideology of the moderators have no influence whatsoever in regulating the content of this subreddit . We are not the echo chambers.
